This service is also designed to enable customers to complete the application for a Variance to enable the safe and legal operation of our laser systems.

Important Fact: Generally the CDRH will approve variance applications unless you have previously had a negative encounter with the FDA. As long as you are purchasing or using a certified product from a manufacturer with a manufacturers variance your request ill generally be approved. Also, all your paperwork and reporting requirements must be satisfied.
